Varausehdot

Varauksen tekeminen ja varausvahvistus

Vuorot varataan osoitteessa kauppa.lltk.fi Varaaminen edellyttää rekisteröitymistä palveluun.

Varausten hinnat ovat euroina ja sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen muutoksiin.

Mikäli käytät mobiililaitetta, voit nähdä laitteesi resoluutiosta riippuen kaikki kentät kääntämällä laitteen vaakatasoon tai valitsemalla alasvetovalikosta kyseisen kentän.

Varauksesta lähetetään vahvistus sähköpostilla, jossa ilmoitetaan varauksen tilausnumero, hintatiedot sekä tehdyt varaukset. Varausvahvistuksella varauksen yksikkönä on 30 min eli jos sinulla on tunnin varaus, varausvahvistuksella näkyy 2 x 30 min ja yksikköhintana on puolen tunnin hinta.

Asiakas sitoutuu jokaisen varauksen yhteydessä toimipisteen voimassa oleviin varaus-, peruutus-, maksu- ja laskutusehtoihin.

Olemassaolevat varaukset

Varaukset löytyvät käyttäjätilin kohdasta Omat tiedot / Tilaukset.

Varaukset löytyvät myös toimipisteen- ja lajikohtaisesti kalenterinäkymästä Varaukset-painikkeesta avautuvasta listasta. Esim. jos sinulla on tenniskenttävarauksia, löydät ne valitsemalla etusivulta lajin tennis. Avautuvan kalenterinäkymän oikeassa reunassa on musta painike, jossa lukee Varaukset. Klikkaamalla Varaukset-painiketta saat näkyviin listan ja lajin olemassa olevista varauksistasi. Tässä listanäkymässä voit myös perua irtovarauksen. Myös vakiovuorot ovat listassa, mutta niitä ei voi laittaa myyntiin tässä näkymässä vaan suoraan kalenterinäkymässä (ks. erilliset ohjeet alempana).

Varausehdot

Palvelun käyttäminen edellyttää kaikkien asiakastietojen täydentämistä: nimi, osoite, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero ja syntymäaika. Alaikäisiltä asiakkailta vaaditaan lisäksi huoltajan tiedot. Asiakas on velvollinen pitämään yhteystietonsa ajan tasalla asiakasrekisterissä ja vastaa tietojen oikeellisuudesta.

Vakiovuoroja, koulujen ja yritysten vuoroja sekä muita varauksia, joissa sopimushintoja ei saa suoraan verkossa, voi tiedustella sähköpostilla osoitteesta info@laaksolahdentenniskeskus.fi. Asiakaspalvelusta tai info:n sähköpostiosoitteesta voi tiedustella myös sarjapelivarauksia.

Laaksolahden Tenniskeskuksessa valot ovat liikennetunnistimin ohjattuja ja menevät automaattisesti päälle pelaajien tullessa kentälle. Oman vuoron jälkeen pelaajien tulee olla valmiina poistumaan pelikentältä heti kellon soiton jälkeen.

Asiakkaalla on velvollisuus ilmoittaa asiakaspalveluun välittömästi, mikäli kenttä on vuoron alkaessa pelikelvottomassa kunnossa esim. ulkokentillä sääolosuhteiden takia tai kalustoa on rikkoontunut. Mikäli pelikelvottomasta kentästä ei ole ilmoitettu asiakaspalveluun viimeistään vuoron alkaessa, vuorosta laskutetaan puolet listahinnasta ja laskulle lisätään laskutuslisä 2,50 €. Pelivälineiden vuokraus

Laaksolahden Tenniskeskuksern asiakaspalvelusta voi paikan päällä tenniskeskuksen aukioloaikoina vuokrata kaikkien mailapeliemme mailoja ja palloja (pois lukien tennispallot).

Saldo

Verkkomaksua tai muuta etukäteismaksua ei palauteta rahana. Mikäli varaus perutaan peruutusehtojen mukaisesti viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen varauksen alkua, palautuu maksettu summa saldona käyttäjätunnukselle.

Saldoa voi käyttää uusien varausjärjestelmässä varattujen kenttävuorojen tai niiden osien maksamiseen. Saldolla voi myös maksaa järjestelmässä pallotykkimaksuja. Saldolla ei voi maksaa vakiovuoroja, asiakaspalvelun tekemiä varauksia, eikä muita aiemmin tehtyjä varauksia.

Saldon määrä näkyy asiakkaan omissa tiedoissa sekä varauksen maksuvaiheessa.

Jos haluat maksaa saldolla, valitse ensin Verkkomaksu ja vasta sen jälkeen Lompakon saldo.

Jos olet valinnut maksutavaksi saldon ja perut sen jälkeen varauksen maksuvaihekohdassa, palautuu saldo oikeaksi pienellä viiveellä.

Peruutusehdot, vuoron peruuttaminen ja myyntiin laittaminen

Irtovarauksen peruminen on tehtävä viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen pelivuoron alkua. Jos pelivuoron alkuun on alle 24 tuntia, voi vuoron laittaa myyntiin. Vakiovuoroja ei voi peruuttaa, mutta myös ne voi laittaa myyntiin ennen vuoron alkua. Jos myyntiin laitettu irto- tai vakiovuoro ei mene kaupaksi, on varaaja maksuvelvollinen.

Varaukset voi perua ja laittaa myyntiin varausjärjestelmässä. Peruutusta ei kuitenkaan voi enää tehdä, jos varauksen alkuun on alle 24 tuntia.

Ainoastaan sairaus- ja loukkaantumistapauksissa voi irtovuoron peruuttaa, jos vuoron alkuun on alle 24 tuntia toimittamalla ennen vuoron alkua kopion lääkärintodistuksesta asiakaspalveluun sähköpostilla osoitteeseen info@laaksolahdentenniskeskus.fi. Vakiovuoroja koskevat vakiovuorojen sopimusehdot (ks. alempaa kohdasta "Vakiovuorojen laittaminen myyntiin järjestelmässä").

Irtovarauksen peruminen järjestelmässä:
- Valitse varausjärjestelmän etusivulta laji (esim. tennis)
- Avautuvan kalenterinäkymän oikeassa reunassa löydät mustan painikkeen, jossa lukee Varaukset.
- Klikkaamalla Varaukset-painiketta saat näkyviin listan olemassa olevista varauksistasi, josta voit perua irtovarauksen. Vakiovuorot näkyvät myös listassa, mutta niitä ei voi laittaa myyntiin tässä näkymässä vaan suoraan kalenterinäkymässä (ks. ohjeet alla).
- Klikkaamalla tämän näkymän listassa Tilausnumeroa, saat näkyviin tarkemmat tiedot ko. varauksesta.
- Kohdassa Omat tiedot / Tilaukset näet kaikki varaukset tilausnumeroittain, mutta täällä irtovuoroa ei voi perua tai vakiovuoroa asettaa myyntiin.

Irtovarauksen laittaminen myyntiin järjestelmässä, kun vuoron alkuun on alle 24h:
- Valitse varausjärjestelmän etusivulta laji (esim. sulkapallo)
- Klikkaa kalenterinäkymästä ko. vuoron kenttää, päivää ja ajankohtaa ja valitse avautuvasta ikkunasta "Aseta myyntiin".

Vakiovuorojen laittaminen myyntiin järjestelmässä:
- Valitse varausjärjestelmän etusivulta laji (esim. tennis)
- Klikkaa kalenterinäkymästä ko. vakiovuoron kenttää, päivää ja ajankohtaa ja valitse avautuvasta ikkunasta "Aseta myyntiin". Vakiovuoroa ei voi perua vaan ainoastaan asettaa myyntiin.
- Kohdassa Omat tiedot / Tilaukset näet kaikki varaukset tilausnumeroittain, mutta täällä vakiovuoroa ei voi asettaa myyntiin tai irtovuoroa perua.

Vakiovuorojen osalta pidätämme oikeuden veloittaa vakiovuorosopimuksen mukaisesti täysi hinta myymättä jääneestä vuorosta myös sairastumis- ja loukkaantumistapauksissa, mikäli sairaus tai loukkaantuminen ei kestä yhtäjaksoisesti pidempään kuin 4 viikkoa.

Halliyhtiö Laaksolahden Tenniskeskus Oy:llä on oikeus perua varaus tai siirtää varaus mahdollisuuksien mukaan toiselle kentälle tilanteen vaatiessa, esim. kisojen vuoksi.

Laaksolahden Tenniskeskus Oy pidättää oikeuden ehtojen muutokseen.

Booking terms and conditions

Booking a court and booking confirmation

Courts can be booked at the address kauppa.lltk.fi. You must register in the system in order to be able to book a court.

The booking prices are stated in euros and they include value added tax. We retain the right to change prices.

On mobile devices, depending on the resolution of your device, you can see all courts by turning your device sideways or select a court in the drop-down menu.

A booking confirmation is sent by email, with the booking number, price details and the booking information stated in the confirmation. In the booking confirmation, the booking unit applied is 30 minutes. For example, if you booked a court for one hour, the booking confirmation is for 2 x 30 minutes, with the unit price being the price for 30 minutes.

Customers accept the valid booking, cancellation, payment and invoicing terms and conditions applied to the location in question every time they make a booking.

Existing bookings

Bookings are displayed on your user account under Omat tiedot / Tilaukset.

Existing bookings can also be viewed in the location and sports-specific calendar view in the list that is displayed when you click the Varaukset button. For example, to view your bookings, pick your sport (f.ex.tennis). A calendar view is then displayed, with a black Varaukset button on the right-hand side of the view. Click the Varaukset button to view a list of your existing bookings at that location for the sport in question. You can also cancel your single court bookings in this list view. Regular court bookings are also displayed on the list, but you cannot put them up for sale in this view. This is done directly from the calendar view (please see the separate instructions below).

Booking terms and conditions

To use the service, you must provide all customer information: name, address, email address, phone number and date of birth. Customers who have not yet turned 18 are also required to provide their guardian’s information. Customers are responsible for maintaining their contact details up to date in the customer register and they are liable for the validity of the information.

Queries concerning regular court bookings, bookings for schools and companies and other bookings for which contract prices are not directly available online can be submitted to the address info@laaksolahdentenniskeskus.fi. Court booking queries for league games can be submitted to the customer service info@laaksolahdentenniskeskus.fi

At Laaksolahti Tenniscenter light are automatically turned on when going to the courts. Players must be ready to leave the court immediately after the bell rings.

Customers are responsible for notifying the customer service immediately if a court cannot be used for playing at the reserved time, for example, due to weather conditions on outdoor courts or because of broken equipment. If the customer service was not notified of a court being unfit for playing no later than when the reserved time begins, the court booking is billed half of the list price with a billing charge of 2.50 euros is added on the invoice. Equipment rental

Laaksolahti Tenniscenter’s customer service rents rackets and balls (not including tennis balls) for all racket sports that are played at the facility. Renting is possible during the opening times of the customer service.

Balance

No monetary refunds are made for online payments or other advance payments. If a booking is cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions for cancellation no later than 24 hours before the start of the booking, the paid amount is refunded as positive balance for the user ID in question.

The balance may be used to pay for new court bookings, or parts thereof, which are made through the booking system. The balance may also be used for payments that are made through the system for ball throwing machine charges. The balance may not be used for paying regular court bookings, bookings made through the customer service, or for other bookings that were made earlier.

You can see your balance under your personal information (Omat tiedot / Saldo) and when the payment for the booking is made.

If you want to pay using your balance, choose first online payment (Verkkomaksu) and only after that balance (Lompakon saldo).

If you selected your balance as the payment method but then cancel the booking in the payment phase, it takes a while for the balance to be corrected.

Terms and conditions for cancellation and cancelling or selling court bookings

Single court bookings must be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the reserved time. If there is less than 24 to the reserved time, you can put your court booking up for sale. You cannot cancel regular court bookings, but you can put them up for sale before the reserved time. If a single or regular court booking that was put up for sale is not sold, the person who made the reservation is liable to pay.

Court bookings can be cancelled and put up for sale through the booking system. However, you cannot cancel a booking if there is less than 24 hours to the start of the reserved time.

Only in the case of an illness or injury single court bookings can be cancelled if there is less than 24 hours to the start of the reserved time by sending a copy of the medical certificate before the beginning of the reserved time to our customer service info@laaksolahdentenniskeskus.fi. Regular court bookings follow the conditions of the regular court booking contract (see below “Selling regular bookings through the system”).

Cancellation of single court bookings through the system:
- On the front page of the booking system, select the sport (f.ex. Tennis).
- A calendar view is then displayed, with a black Varaukset button on the right-hand side of the view.
- To cancel a single booking, click the Varaukset button to view a list of your existing bookings. Regular court bookings are also displayed on the list, but you cannot put them up for sale in this view. This is done directly from the calendar view (please see the instructions below).
- To view a booking in more detail, click Tilausnumero on the list in this view.
- You can view all your bookings by order number under Omat tiedot / Tilaukset, but you cannot cancel single court bookings or sell regular court bookings through this view.

Selling single court bookings through the system, when there is less than 24 hours before the reserved time:
- On the front page of the booking system, select the sport (f.ex. Badminton).
- In the calendar view, click on the court, date and time for the booking in question and select “Aseta myyntiin” in the window that is displayed.

Selling regular bookings through the system:
- On the front page of the booking system, select the location where you want to sell a regular court booking (f.ex Tennis).
- In the calendar view, click on the court, date and time for the regular court booking in question and select “Aseta myyntiin” in the window that is displayed. You cannot cancel regular court bookings – you can only put them up for sale.
- You can view all your bookings by order number under Omat tiedot / Tilaukset, but you cannot sell regular court bookings or cancel single court bookings through this view.

For regular court bookings, we retain the right to charge the full price, in accordance with the agreement for the regular booking, for any court bookings that were not sold even in the case of an illness or injury, provided that the illness or injury does not last for longer than four (4) weeks.

Laaksolahti Tenniskeskus Oy has the right to cancel a court booking or transfer a booking to another court, where possible, if this is necessary, for example, due to a tournament.
